Pro bono

Some decisions deserve the same quality of sparring regardless of whether there's a budget for it. Associations, foundations, and federations often face exactly the questions arocon addresses — but cannot book a retainer at €6,000 per month. For them, there is a pro bono path.

Who qualifies

Non-profit organizations whose mission is visible, whose governance is orderly, and whose question is genuinely decision-shaped — not implementation-shaped. I do not "help set up ChatGPT in the office." I think with you through questions like: what does agentic work change about membership, about funding, about the daily work of your staff?

What it is

Up to two hours of conversation, once. Prepared, focused, confidential. If it becomes more than that in a given year, it becomes a small retainer at reduced rates. I decide which requests I take — not the other way around.

What it is not

Not a PR opportunity. Not a name-drop. Not an overflow channel for my paying clients' questions.
