Two formats for situations in which a clear head acts faster than a process.
Impulse talk
90 minutes, at your site. Executive board, leadership round, advisory board. Theses for the age of agents — which questions your company should ask itself, which it shouldn't, and why the right questions are usually different from the ones being asked.
€5,000 plus travel. By appointment.
Half-day workshop
Four hours, 3 to 6 participants. Working format, not a talk. The topic is agreed on together — usually a concrete decision that's on the table.
€7,500 plus travel. By appointment.
What workshops are not: not training, not a tool course, not team enablement. If you want to make your staff fit for a specific AI tool, you'll find better providers for that.
1:1 Sparring
The retainer partnership for decisions you must not delegate.
Base retainer
Two sessions per month, 60 to 90 minutes each. Between sessions, asynchronous nudges by email — when something lands crosswise, when a door is open, when a decision is one thought short.
Minimum term six months. Three months' notice to quarter-end.
€6,000 per month, paid monthly in advance. You hold the slot open, not the other way around — if you can't make it, the session is still billed.
What sparring is not: not coaching in the therapeutic sense, not open-ended consulting with growing scope. arocon thinks with you. Implementation happens at your house, with whomever you choose.
Executive briefings & strategy retreats
Executive briefing — a small curated circle with participants from various houses.
Half a day, eight to ten participants, one question agreed in advance. Each round is newly assembled; those in the room decide topic and composition — not the order of registration. Chatham House rule.
€1,000 to €2,000 per participant, depending on segment and constellation.
Strategy retreat — for the executive and top team of a single house.
Two days, closed venue, six to ten people from your company. One guiding theme — usually a strategic decision that is ripe for clarification. I facilitate, bring theses, work with the team on the decision itself.
Price on request, from €30,000 per retreat, including preparation and follow-up, excluding accommodation and catering.
What these formats are not: not a networking evening, not a panel for press contact, not a sales format. Executive briefing participant lists are not published; what's said in the room stays in the room. The same goes for strategy retreats — only that here the room is yours.
